Shall we talk?
Resolving to seek professional help, identifying the right approach for you, and choosing a therapist with whom you will feel comfortable and secure – all these can be difficult decisions.
As a first step in that process, I will be happy to discuss your issues and goals informally, and to give you an opportunity to see if you would like to work with me. You can begin by phoning or emailing me at the number and address below: there is no charge for a short call or email exchange and at this point you can ask how much your therapy will cost you.
You may wish to book an initial assessment session, when we can talk in more depth. Again, there is no obligation for you to continue after this session. If we do agree to go forward, however, this will be the time to agree on the likely number and frequency of sessions – and to start out on the path towards your renewed well-being and fulfilment.
